We are proud to inform you that all our oils can, from now on, bear the word 100% ORGANIC and we can therefore affix on our label the EUROPEAN BIO symbol!

Montelattaia’s olive groves have never received any chemical treatments over the years. Our family and friends are the first consumers of our oil… it would be senseless to use pesticides or other products that could be hazardous to health just to maximize production!!

To formalize our biological identity we have submitted to the BIO EUROPEAN control system; which obliges us to keep a detailed record of all the treatments from land fertilizations to natural cures. We are also subject to surprise checks, and the entire production chain: collection, transformation, conservation and bottling takes place in certified facilities.
