By accessing this website and/or placing an order or requesting a delivery, The Customers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you may not use or access this website.
These terms and conditions apply to this website whatever way you access it, including accessing it through mobile devices or any other PC. Whenever you access this website through a mobile-optimised version of this website, the section of these Terms and Conditions also applies.

Orders/delivery requests placed by using this website, along with access to it, is granted strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your order/delivery request. Leoverde has the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders/delivery requests. The Terms and conditions that will apply to any given order/delivery will be the one that are in this website at the time of that specific order/delivery.
We reserve the right to:
– Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.
– Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check it regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
Leoverde has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Leoverde does not represent or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any of the information or content about any goods, products or services (from here onward “Materials”) contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Leoverde hereby excludes liability for any claims, losses, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the website or the Materials including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to Leoverde. The foregoing will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in tort, contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise. However, if you are a consumer your statutory rights are not affected.
In terms of linking, Leoverde website may contain certain links that will lead to websites which are not under the control of Leoverde. In case any of these links are activated, you will leave Leoverde website and Leoverde has no control over and will not accept responsibility, or liability, for any material or service contained on any website which is not under the control of Leoverde nor does the existence of such links represent any endorsement or other acceptance of responsibility or liability by Leoverde for any goods or services provided or available on such sites.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
Customers will be required to register to use the services available from this website. Leoverde may decline a registration request at its sole discretion. By registering for the services, Customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree that:
– The personal information that you are required to provide when you register as a Customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects (check the Privacy Policy section for more details); by agreeing these Terms and Conditions Customers also accept the Privacy Policy of this website
– You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by updating your details on the “Account” page on the website or by contacting Leoverde Customer Sales and Support Centre.
– You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
– To comply with licensing and other legislation some services on this website are only available to people aged 18 years and over.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
– You place the order for your products on this website by pressing the complete checkout button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on this website
– We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the number of order, date, the products you have ordered, the price of each product, the total price you paid
– Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below.
With the exeption of force major situations or situation non dependant on Leoverde influence, the Products will be delivered within a maximum term of 7 working days, starting from the day after the order date. This is valid except the situation in which Leoverde will communicate to the Customer, within the above-mentioned period, the impossibility, even if temporary, to deliver one or more products contained in the order. In case of such situation, the Customer will have the possibility to wait for the new availability of the missing product/s or choose one or more new products. In case Customer decided to not to choose alternative products or to cancel the order, Leoverde will proceed to reimburse the amount that the Customer has already paid, in the same period of time as above-described.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
– We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
– A price error is identified
– You do not meet the “eligibility to order” criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions
In the event of there being errors or shortages, these should be brought to the attention of Leoverde Customer Sales and Support Centre (using the contact details above) no later than seven days after the delivery.
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas. This includes the right to withdraw our services to individual Customers’ addresses if you are repeatedly unavailable to take delivery of your shopping at your chosen slot time or in other exceptional circumstances.
When the deliveries take place, Materials and goods must be signed for, by you, or by your nominated representative who must be aged 18 or above. Under no circumstances will goods be left unattended, for example in a garage, or with anybody below the age of 18.
Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £1,000.
Leoverde is committed to upholding both their legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. In order to achieve this, Leoverde has introduced a number of control checks throughout the purchase and physical distribution process (e.g. confirming your date of birth and requesting formal identification of anyone who they consider to be younger than 18 and on completion of delivery the signature of a person over 18 years of age).
In accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to provide Leoverde truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003.
The Leoverde online food shopping service is run by Leoverde. We are a company that our Customers trust and we understand your concerns with security; your peace of mind and safety are of the utmost importance to us.
Customers will be able to make payments of ordered Materials in the chart and the related delivery cost through Credit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer or Pre-paid vouchers.
PayPal (including Credit Cards):
To guarantee the highest possible level of security, the Customers will make the payment directly on the secure site of PayPal: which means that once order is confirmed, the Customers will be directed on PayPal website where they could make the payment through their PayPal account or through a credit, Debit or pre-paid Card
Pre-paid Vouchers (Gift Cards):
The Leoverde Voucher (Gift Card) is a real mean of payment which can be bought and in the meantime given as gift via email.
The Customer (receiver of the Voucher (Gift Card)) will have to insert the received code after having selected the preferred products, by following the available option at the checkout phase of the order.
The Leoverde Voucher (Gift Card) cannot be reimbursed, but it will have to be used to buy available product and services on Leoverde portal: the products and services which will be bought with the Leoverde Voucher (Gift Card) will respect the Returns policy which is available on this website.
Pricing Policy
Prices quoted are always estimated for a variety of reasons listed below
– The unit price for products that are weighed and displayed on the site are calculated on drained weight where applicable
– Where an item is unavailable and after been contacted you have indicated that you will accept substitutions, your preferred alternative will be supplied; it may affect the price that you pay. If we substitute an item with a more expensive one (or more items), you’ll only pay the missing difference, if you choose a cheaper one, you will be reimbursed of the difference that you already paid upon order completion.
– The prices are displayed in € (EUR) and in £ (GBP)
– The applicable prices for ordered materials are the ones on this website at the moment of the order.
– These prices are meant to be including VAT. Delivery cost is not included
– Delivery cost are billed on the base of the tariff which are indicated upon order checkout in the date of the order. These tariffs are defined according to the dimension of the order and the delivery method
– When ordering products for international delivery to countries other than those where Leoverde originates its shipments, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods
– You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Leoverde has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local Custom Agency
– Leoverde has the right to modify at any moment the prices and the delivery cost or to cancel an order in case of an evident mistake related to the data calculation system
The delivery in any other Country (not in Italy) the cost of delivery apply and it may vary depending on the Country of delivery: anyway the cost of delivery will be displayed on order confirmation and will automatically update when Customers will select a given delivery Country.
We reserve the right to amend our charges and minimum spend requirements, which are clearly defined during the checkout process.
Images of the products are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly the pack you receive.
Leoverde has the right to correct any possible mistakes on descriptions or pictures, even after the delivery of a given order, or to modify or update any info in any moment without giving information of that

Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is meant to take place in Italy where the registered office of Leoverde is, so it is regulated by the Italian Law. To solve any potential claim the Territory Competence is with the Italian Court.
