LeoVerde CRU del Bay Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced on the Montelattaia Estate from a selection of our olive trees, exclusively the Leccino variety. Extremely early harvest. Cold pressed within 6 hours of collection. Preserved in steel drums, under nitrogen and at a controlled temperature.
Green colored oil. Balanced, structured oil with a strong character, particularly spicy with sensations of grass and artichokes, suitable for raw consumption on roasted and grilled meats, cooked legumes, delicious on roasted bread.
The very high content of polyphenols allows us to declare: “The polyphenols in olive oil contribute to the protection of blood cells from oxidative stress”. Our LeoVerde CRU le Sughere is also an excellent source of Vitamin E. “The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 20 g of olive oil“. An ideal product in a correct diet.
