Cold pressed within 6 hours from the olive harvest. Our olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Leccio del Corno and others. Oil with green color and yellow hues, fruity, bitter and spicy with hints of artichoke and almond. Particularly suitable for raw consumption on roasted and grilled meat, cooked vegetables, fresh salads and crisp legumes. Delicious on roasted bread.
The very high content of polyphenols of LeoVerde allows us to declare: “Polyphenols of olive oil contribute to the protection of blood cells from oxidative stress”.
