Description

LeoVerde Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Tuscan PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), produced by Tenuta di Montelattaia from our 1800 olive trees cultivated by organic farming. Cold pressed within 6 hours from the olive harvest. Our olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Leccio del Corno and others. Preserved in steel tanks, under nitrogen and at a controlled temperature. Acidity 0.16, Polyphenols over 500mg (see technical data sheet)

The very high content of polyphenols of LeoVerde allows us to declare: “Polyphenols of olive oil contribute to the protection of blood cells from oxidative stress”. Our LeoVerde is also an excellent source of Vitamin E. “The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 20 g of olive oil”.
